Christmas in Kansas

This year, we celebrated Christmas with our family in Kansas around New Years Day instead. It was a fun and relaxing weekend for everyone and Evelyn was in an especially good mood. We just love these photos - she was so excited about the presents (and these weren't even hers).

Miss Gola Wren

We were so excited to spend some time with our friends, Vicki and Ray, and their super awesome 3-year old, Gola Wren. Gola is our goddaughter, and we think she's pretty amazing. Gola is already a little fashionista (she put this outfit together herself), and was happy to give Baby Evelyn the shoes and clothes that she's recently outgrown. We loved the way she presented the shoes in a neat little semi-circle, and that even at this young age, she's already displaying such a sweet and generous spirit.

A Phoenix Family Christmas - Part 2

What a fun trip it was! Evelyn got to meet her grandma, aunts and uncle and cousins from Joe's family, as well as a bunch of our other favorite people, during the week of Christmas. There was no shortage of loving arms to hold her and keep her delightfully entertained. We wish that we had taken more photos while we were there, but we made lots and lots of wonderful memories.

A Phoenix Family Christmas - Part 1

My mom and I had the pleasure of bringing Evelyn to Phoenix on December 11th and our visit inspired a wonderful little family reunion with our family. We were so happy that Evie could meet everyone and we just had the best time together!
