Christmas Afternoon/Evening

We all went over to Joe's mom's house on Christmas afternoon.  It was a really good time, sharing another meal together, opening a few last gifts, and karaoke!  Joe and Sylvanna were the rockstars at karaoke, it was so much fun!

Christmas Morning

On Christmas morning, we went over to Syl & Steve's house and joined them and Steve's parents for a fabulous breakfast, opened lots of presents, and had a nice, relaxing morning together.  Here are some cute photos of Evie opening some of her gifts.

Cookie Decorating

Joe's sister Sue invited the whole family over to have dinner together and decorate cookies.  Evie loved it, especially just eating the candy off of the table.  It was so much fun, and then we were surprised by a little baby shower with a cake and some really nice gifts.

APS Christmas Light Parade

We made it to the light parade again this year with our friends Vicki, Ray & Gola!  We walked to Central from our apartment, enjoyed some hot cocoa and chocolate-dipped pretzel sticks, and watched a really fun parade.

Prescott Trip - just the two of us

Joe and I had the opportunity to go up to Prescott for the weekend, while Evie stayed with my Aunt Trish & Uncle Marshall (thank you guys!!!).  We checked out Granite Creek Vineyards in Chino Valley, which was super fun.  We stayed at The Motor Lodge on Saturday night - so cool!  We walked around a lot, and checked out a bunch of antique stores.  We had dinner at a great restaurant and then watched a live band play at The Raven.  Best of all, we had lots of great, uninterrupted conversations and the ability to just really enjoy each other.  It was very special.
