Trick-or-Treating

Trick-or-Treating was really fun this year.  Syl, Steve, and Sophia came to trick-or-treat with us, and Joe's Mom joined us too.  Evie was more timid about approaching people's houses this year, but she definitely understood the candy part.

Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year!  Evie's costume was super cute, and came together easily since we just had to make some alterations to items we already had.  Syl, Steve, & Sophia came over to trick-or-treat with us in our neighborhood.  The girls had such a fun time playing while Joe took some great photos of them.

Really Silly

Old MacDonald's Farm

We went to a really fun Pumpkin Patch at MacDonald's Farm this weekend with Syl, Steve & Sophia.  Evie didn't care too much about the pumpkins, but the hayride was really great, as well as a petting zoo and many other activities.  Steve, Joe and the girls really enjoyed the gold panning, amassing as many gold rocks as possible before we left to go out for brunch.  What a fun morning!

Mom's Birthday

For Joe's Mom's birthday, we all went out for dinner at a really great restaurant (with ducks, whoohoo!).  It was so much fun and Evie & Sophia really enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese after dinner.  Then we all went over to Mom's house for cake.  So fun!
