Swinging

We had a little time between breakfast and the late service at church on Sunday and decided to take advantage of the momentarily cool weather this morning.  Evie loves swinging, being tickled, and her daddy so so much!

Lauren's Send Off Party

Joe's niece Lauren is on her way to college this week, so we all got together at Sue's house for a going- away lunch/dinner.  Evie and Sophia had no shortage of fun and interesting toys to play with.  (The girls are certainly grateful that Sue still has some of Lauren's toys).  Evie really loves her cousin and they have so much fun together!

A Birthday Party!

For my Aunt Trish's 50th birthday this year, her family threw her a fabulous surprise party.  We were so thrilled that we could join them for this event, and we all had such a great time.  Especially Evie, who was really loving all of the excitement, the crowd, and the attention, of course.

Silly Faces

Evie and Sophia were having such a fun time laughing and making silly faces together at lunch today.

Arizona Science Center

There is an educational Sesame Street exhibit at the Science Center right now, and Evie has been shouting out "Ernie, Bert!" or "Count, Ah-Ah-Ah" at every sign we see.  So we were able to get some free passes from the library and took Evie to the exhibit this weekend.  She was a little young for it, but enjoyed some of the other sites and activities, like this water exhibit.

Here is just a bunch of cute, everyday photos of Evie from this summer.  Not much explanation needed here - Evie loves reading books, her baby dolls, wearing big shoes, helping mom wash dishes, and watching her shows.  We can't wait til the weather cools down.
