What a fun month it's been!

Fun at Syl & Steve's House

These are actually photos from two different weekends that we went over to Syl & Steve's house for dinner.  (The food was awe-some!!)  Evie and Sophia have been really enjoying playing dress-up together, and we've really been enjoying the fact that they are playing so good together and need less attention from us.  Like most little girls, Evie loves being a princess.  Also, some silly photos of me & Henry in a red wig.  (I think I may have just found my next hair style).

Joe is usually quick to don one without any prompting, but this morning, Evie thought it would be fun to dress up Mommy, (who just wanted to lounge on the sofa in her jammies for a few minutes before making breakfast).

Steve's Birthday

For Steve's birthday this year, the family went to Zipp's for dinner.  It was super fun, and everyone had a great time.  The reason that you do not see Evie in any of these photos is because she was running around the nearly-deserted patio with Sophia the entire evening.  It's a good thing that the patio was enclosed as she probably would have been playing across the street if there hadn't been any barriers to keep her near us.  (You give this girl an inch....)

Henry's Favorite Noise

Henry's been cracking us up again with his new interest in making the most annoying noise ever.  I'll spare you the auditory agony of a lengthy video, and just share a couple of adorable photos and a short video.  He's so cute though, that it just makes us laugh when he does this.

I've been trying to repaint our patio doors today, which incites lots of curiosity from the kiddos.

Evie & Daddy

You guys never get tired of seeing Evie on the carousel and train at PV Mall, right?  Me neither.  Here are some more sweet pics, and a special bonus video of Evie on the train, which is just too cute for words.

Henry Helps Daddy

Inevitably, whenever Joe and I are trying to sneak in a little home improvement while the kiddos are awake, the project suddenly becomes the most interesting thing going on.  Here, Joe is trying to hang our new door in the kitchen on a Saturday morning, and of course, Henry wants to help out.  Which is just so adorable.

And doesn't the new door look awesome!!  We love it.
