It was a little cold on our Thursday night walk to the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, so we were able to try out a new hat for Evie. It is so warm and snuggly but sticks up a bit on top, reminding us of a Russian hat. So Joe called her his "Baby Babushka" all evening. Too bad that babushka actually means "an old woman" or "an old woman's headscarf".
