Kansas - Piñata

Another major highlight of the week was Jonathan's piñata.  Papa rigged it up to a big tree in the backyard, and the kids took turns hitting it.  Eventually and with much reluctance, they agreed to give Jonathan a quick turn.  Henry loves sticks and swinging them around like swords or bats anyway, so he was so thrilled by this permitted opportunity.  And boy, he did not want to take turns and relinquish the stick to anyone else.  Finally, the piñata broke open, spilling its long-anticipated candy contents, which Jonathan generously shared with the kids.
